In this program we start with an analysis where we look at both the overall movement and co-ordination of the child as well their running technique. This is used to identify where the key improvements can be made and to set a benchmark to monitor improvement. The remaining sessions will focus on running technique, speed, multi directional movement technique (specific to their sport), quickness, footwork, agility, turning ability and explosiveness. Progression through these aspects will be individual to each athlete.
The program can be offered in blocks of 12 or 18 sessions. At the end of the sessions, we will re-test to show improvements and you will receive a before & after video of your child’s running technique improvements.
