This is our package for children between the ages of 12 and 16.

The purchase of this product includes our DMS Methodology which can be found in our training manual along with 12 complete training sessions and includes an instructional DVD to help guide you through. It also comes with one DMS Youth Mat which is what you use to carry out the training.
